You enter the building through a door to the street, in the hall we will find the elevator. Upon entering the apartment we will find access to a full bathroom with bath, then a full kitchen with dining room for 4 people, then a king bed of 1.80 x 1.90, and finally a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy outdoors. The space has the following accessories: - Electric boiler - Nespresso coffee machine - Mixer mixer - Juicer - Toaster - Shower with bathtub and jacuzzi - Hair dryer - Air conditioning (cold/hot) - Wifi (308mb) - Smart Tv 40" with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ to put your own user. The apartment has no washing machine or dryer but has a laundry 1 block. The neighbouring tower is under construction so it can generate annoying noises during the day.
