The apartment is located in a luxurious building with an incredible view. It has underfloor heating, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a balcony with a beautiful view from the 16th floor, and a TV with local channels + streaming platforms (Netflix, etc.) (each guest must use their own account). The building has a sauna, barbecue, swimming pool, gym, laundry, and multipurpose room; the use of these amenities must be done in a context of respect for the rules and care as they are common areas. The use of the facilities does not depend on us but on the availability and authorization of the administration. We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment. Here are some tips and considerations so you can enjoy all the amenities offered without any problems. 1- The swimming pool is open approximately between November and April (may vary from year to year) and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (may vary from year to year). You cannot invite people who are not staying at the apartment. 2- The gym is located on the mezzanine and is open every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. You cannot invite people who are not staying at the apartment. 3- The sauna can be used for a maximum of 60 minutes. 4- The barbecue is subject to availability; it is located in the garden; reservations can be made at the building's security desk; it has two shifts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to midnight (on weekends and holidays it can be used until 4 a.m.). 5- Laundry is available for a fee and is located in the first basement. It operates with tokens (which can be purchased at Godoy Cruz 2933 or Godoy Cruz 2825) or can be paid for with MercadoPago (arg). Finally, please remember that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, as is making loud noises between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is self-service and check-in time is from 3pm (no restrictions after that) and check-out time is until 10am. If you would like to check in or out outside of these times, we can arrange it depending on availability for an extra fee. IMPORTANT: •⁠ ⁠If you lose or break the key, you will be charged a replacement fee of $50. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you forget the key inside the apartment, you will be charged a $20 opening service fee (as long as a locksmith does not have to be called). •⁠ ⁠⁠If you stain the sheets or towels, you will be charged for additional washing or replacement of the item if it cannot be recovered. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a $50 fine. •⁠ ⁠⁠Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless you have arranged for a late check-out). This time must be respected as the cleaning staff depends on your punctuality to do their work. Late check-outs will be charged at the rate of half a night's stay. At the end of your stay, you must leave the keys in the same place where you found them.

El departamento se encuentra en un lujoso edificio con una vista increible. El departamento cuenta con calefacción por losa radiante, WiFi de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado en living y habitación, balcón con muy linda vista desde el piso 16, TV con canales locales + plataformas (Netflix, etc) (cada huésped debe utilizar su usuario). El edificio cuenta con sauna, parrilla, piscina, gimnasio, laundry y salón de usos múltiples; el uso de estas amenidades debe hacerse en un contexto de respeto a las normas y cuidado ya que son áreas comunes. El uso de las instalaciones no depende de nosotros sino de la disponibilidad y autorización de la administración. - La piscina está habilitada aproximadamente entre noviembre y abril (puede variar de año a año) y de 8am a 11pm (puede variar de año a año). No se puede invitar a gente que no se está hospedando. - El gimnasio abre todos los días de 6am a 11pm. No se puede invitar a gente que no se está hospedando. - El sauna puede ser utilizado por un máximo de 60 minutos. - La parrilla está sujeta a disponibilidad; se reserva en la vigilancia del edificio; tiene dos turnos de 10am a 5pm y de 7pm a 00am (los fines de semana y feriados puede ser hasta las 4am)

El edificio es moderno y cuenta varias comodidades para sus huéspedes: laundry con lavadora y secadora, una pileta espectacular con mucho sol, jardín de uso común para tomar algo, gimnasio muy completo y un quincho con varias parrillas a disposición. Es importante tener en cuenta que, dado que estos servicios corresponden al edificio y no al departamento, los dueños de este departamento no somos responsables de la disponibilidad de estos amenities; su estado, disponibilidad, horarios y capacidad son responsabilidad exclusiva del edificio y es la administración quien decide las normas y uso de las mismas. El edificio cuenta además con vigilancia 24 horas.
