1️⃣ Check-in and check-out Check-in is self-service from 3:00 p.m. onwards, with no time restrictions. Check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested in advance, subject to availability and at an additional cost. 2️⃣ Keys In case of lost or broken keys, the replacement cost will be charged. If the keys are left inside the apartment and assistance is required to enter, the corresponding service will be charged. 3️⃣ Linen Stains on sheets or towels that cannot be removed may result in a charge for special washing or replacement. 4️⃣ No smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a deep cleaning fee. 5️⃣ Respect for check-out time The check-out time must be respected to allow for proper cleaning and preparation of the space. Delays may be considered late check-out and charged as an additional half night. 6️⃣ Noise and coexistence Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11p.m. and 7a.m., in accordance with building regulations.

Spacious and bright studio apartment with a split level separating the sleeping area from the living area. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools for comfortable dining. It has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Comfortable double bed, full bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning, and WiFi.

The building has staircase access (uneven floor level). Once inside, you cross the main hall where the elevator is located. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by either elevator or stairs.

The location is ideal for getting around without a car. A few blocks away is Plaza Italia, where subway line D runs, connecting directly to downtown, Recoleta, and key neighborhoods in the city. There are also multiple bus lines on Santa Fe Avenue and Las Heras Avenue, Ecobici stations for those who prefer to get around by bike, and ample availability of taxis and transportation apps.
