Normas de la casa 1️⃣ Check-in y check-out El ingreso es autónomo a partir de las 3p.m., sin límite de horario. El check-out es hasta las 10a.m. Early check-in o late check-out podrán solicitarse con anticipación, sujetos a disponibilidad y con costo adicional. 2️⃣ Llaves En caso de pérdida o rotura de llaves, se cobrará el costo de reposición. Si las llaves quedan dentro del departamento y se requiere asistencia para ingresar, se cobrará el servicio correspondiente. 3️⃣ Blanquería Las manchas en sábanas o toallas que no puedan recuperarse podrán generar un cargo por lavado especial o reposición. 4️⃣ Prohibido fumar No está permitido fumar dentro del departamento. En caso de incumplimiento se aplicará un cargo por limpieza profunda. 5️⃣ Respeto del horario de salida El horario de check-out debe respetarse para permitir la correcta limpieza y preparación del espacio. Las demoras podrán considerarse late check-out y cobrarse como media noche adicional. 6️⃣ Ruido y convivencia Se solicita mantener un nivel de ruido moderado, especialmente entre las 11pm y las 7 am, respetando las normas del edificio.

It also has access to a front-facing balcony that provides plenty of natural light. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and a breakfast area. The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed and large closets for storage. The bathroom is complete and includes a bathtub. In addition, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and offers comfortable and functional spaces.

To enter the building, you must first pass through an entrance gate using a key fob. Then, use the same key to enter through the main door. Upon entering, you will find a main lobby and two elevators. The elevator for the apartment is the one on the right. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by either elevator or stairs.
