IMPORTANT: •⁠ ⁠If you lose or break the key, you will be charged a replacement fee. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you forget the key inside the apartment, you will be charged a service fee (as long as a locksmith does not have to be called). •⁠ ⁠⁠If you stain the sheets or towels, you will be charged for additional washing or replacement of the item if it cannot be recovered. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a fine. •⁠ ⁠⁠Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless you have booked a late check-out). This time must be respected as the cleaning staff depends on your punctuality to do their work. Late check-out will be charged at the rate of half a night's stay.

Designed for a comfortable stay, it combines style and functionality: a double bed, a sofa bed with a pull-out section (including an extra bed), a table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen. The minimalist decor is thoughtfully curated down to the last detail. The highlight is the collection of photographs of Catamarca, taken by the owner, which give the space its own character and a unique touch.

We are available on Airbnb every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is important to keep all communication within the platform to ensure transparency and support. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will provide you with contact numbers once your reservation is confirmed.

The building has a ramp, making it easy to enter. The apartment is on the 8th floor and can be reached by either elevator or stairs.
