1️⃣ Check-in y check-out El ingreso es autónomo a partir de las 3:00 p.m., sin límite de horario. El check-out es hasta las 10:00 a.m. Early check-in o late check-out podrán solicitarse con anticipación, sujetos a disponibilidad y con costo adicional. 2️⃣ Llaves En caso de pérdida o rotura de llaves, se cobrará el costo de reposición. Si las llaves quedan dentro del departamento y se requiere asistencia para ingresar, se cobrará el servicio correspondiente. 3️⃣ Blanquería Las manchas en sábanas o toallas que no puedan recuperarse podrán generar un cargo por lavado especial o reposición. 4️⃣ Prohibido fumar No está permitido fumar dentro del departamento. En caso de incumplimiento se aplicará un cargo por limpieza profunda. 5️⃣ Respeto del horario de salida El horario de check-out debe respetarse para permitir la correcta limpieza y preparación del espacio. Las demoras podrán considerarse late check-out y cobrarse como media noche adicional. 6️⃣ Ruido y convivencia Se solicita mantener un nivel de ruido moderado, especialmente entre las 11pm y las 7am, respetando las normas del edificio.

We are available on Airbnb every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is important to keep all communication within the platform to ensure transparency and support. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will provide you with contact numbers once your reservation is confirmed.

Access is easy: once you enter the main lobby, you go up two steps to the elevator, and the apartment is on the 7th floor.

Avenida Las Heras is just a block and a half away, with buses that take you anywhere in the city. Four blocks away is Plaza Italia, home to a Line D subway station that connects to every subway line in Buenos Aires. Also four blocks away, walking along Malabia, you'll reach the Scalabrini Ortiz station, likewise on Line D.
